The 2003 Shed Summit was a three-day event to celebrate the shed in
all its forms with experts from the length and breadth of the country
and examples of shed building from across the globe.

An eminent panel of experts chosen by an Arts Council representative
awarded the prize at a party in the village hall on Saturday night.
The 2003 Shed Summit took place at Welcombe Barton home of the Yarner
Trust www.yarnertrust.co.uk
a medieval farmhouse with 4 acres of land in the small Devon coastal
village of Welcombe.
